I'm trying to figure out what this pill is I found in my little sisters bag; it's a light brown oblong pill with specks of darker brown on it. It has a cursive W or M on one side and a line on the other. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is an oval-shaped brown pill marked with "WX" on one side.
Unfortunately I can't locate a photo of the tablet for further investigating, but the tablet itself is said to be identified as Phenazopyridine HCL (97.5 mg). This particular medication is used to treat urinary pain that may be associated with interstitial cystitis.
