According to the NIH the pill you described is a 200 mg Ibuprofen which can be purchased over the counter at nearly any convenience store. (NDC: 49035-393)
Active Ingredients:
- Ibuprofen 200mg

- Hypromelloses
- Lactose
- Magnesium Stearate
