Breast Operation And Doctor's Prescription Zerodol Drug,pain

My sister had a boil on one of her breasts, she was operated and doctor prescript zerodol, which she has been using to ease pain,. But pain had persisted it's a year since operation. Is zerodol the tight medicine?

Zerodol is listed as containing Aceclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

It sounds like it's not the right medication to alleviate her pain. Has she informed her doctor?
