Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Suboxone, which is a combination of Buprenorphine (8 mg) + Naloxone (2 mg).

Depending on the application form, buprenorphine is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic pain or for peri-operative analgesia.
