A pink oblong pill with BP CAR on one side and 100 MG on the other side. Trying to identify it.

My dog was prescribed this for joint pain. It is like ibuprofen for dogs. My oblong tablets say BP CAR on one side and 100 mg. on the other side. The prescription bottle labels it as Carprofen 100 mg.

This medicine is for swelling and inflammation for dogs.100mg 1/2 tab every 12 hours

This medicine has given to my dog by a vet for the same reason

It's Vetprofen 100 MG - given to my dog for pain & inflammation due to arthritis caused by hip dysplasia. It's an NSAID.

I had these pills that were given to me by my vet for my dog. He said it was reduce swelling due to an eye injury. On the paper work, it says what looks like vetprofin (it is 75 milligrams though not 100) hope that helps

I have read several posts asking about this same thing, but so far, no one has been able to find an identification for it.

It is not listed in any of the U.S. prescription drug resources.

Do you have any other information on it?

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
