Based on the description provided, the markings on this pill indicate it to be Glimepiride (1 mg). This pill however is noted to be pink and NOT blue in the drug databases. It is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals USA.

Glimepiride is a medium-to-long acting sulfonylurea anti-diabetic drug.
