Yes, it can if you aren't tolerant to narcotics. They both cause depression of the central nervous system, so combining them could result in dangerously lowered heart rate, blood pressure and shallow breathing.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

However, it should be noted that the tablet with the marking you asked about, 93 1118 is not a narcotic of any type. This tablet contains 600mgs of Etodolac ER, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory in a time released formulation. It's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
