I cannot find a listing for a medication with the FZ marking.
this site does not prescribe nor sell medications, this is an information only website.
Valium contains the active ingredient Diazepam, this is a very potent Benzodiazepine, used to treat nerve and anxiety disorders.
It carries a high risk of dependency and addiction.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and irritability.

Did you have any other questions?
In 2016, does anyone know of a good quality Generic 'Diazepam', 5 mg.? (Brand is Valium). While I have some health insurance, it pays little for prescriptions and my copay is/has become too expensive to continue getting Brand. I take other meds for neuropathy also. I do use generics but frequently find many don't work as well as the Brand does. So, if anyone is getting positive results with a particular Generic 5 mg. diazepam and doesn't mind sharing that infomration, it would be appreciated. Living in Florida. Pill imprint and color work if label doesn't state who manufacturer is. Thanks
Michael, I wish that I could offer a recommendation for Generic 5 mg. diazepam (Valium) but I am in the same boat as you. I also am taking Brand Valium 5 mg. plus Neurontin for a Neuropathy. My copay for brand is cost prohibitive but I've been shelling it out. I have posted previously on this site inquiring about a quality 'generic' for the Valium 5 mg. but never received any response or feedback. I hope that you do as I would also be interested in knowing if there is any 'quality' generic for Diazepam 5 mg. in April 2016. I mention date as the Pharmaceutical companies buy up other companies so frequently, pharmacies switch their generics monthly, it's difficult to locate a 'current', reputable generic. Since the Valium works well for my nerve pain I've been reluctant to jump to a generic as I have had some bad experiences with some, though not all. I do not use opiates and do rely on the Valium and small dose of Neurontin for the neuropathic pain. Have tried SSRI's and SNRI for pain but none worked for pain. I tried SSRI and/or SNRI for pain but a different physician advised me these are not suited for neuropathic pain, even at their highest dose. Anyway......hope someone posts a response to your inquiry. I would love to switch to a good generic Valium 5 mg. as the expense is ridiculous but cannot live in level 8-9 pain either. Difficult situation for sure.
ALSO, does anyone know of any 1 mg. Ativan generic (Lorazepam) in April 2016 that is effective? Just wondering. Despite health insurance the copay for Ativan 1 mg., 30 pills was $370. Never filled it and returned the Rx to physician. I do not take often, rare occasion for pain/sleep only. But cannot afford a $370 copay for #30 tablets.
Thank you so much for any feedback.
