Blue Capsule W 93 757

What are the blue capsules with the numbers 93-757 on them. They're supposed to be for back pain. And i wanted to know if they are indeed for back pain.

These are manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 20mgs of Piroxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA list its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
