As to the capsule, it is possibly a 6mg Zanaflex capsule, which contains the active ingredient Tizanidine, a muscle relaxant.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and dizziness.

This capsule should be blue on one half and a very light blue, almost white on the other and should have 6mg written on it in white.

Are there any other markings?
