I believe I have identified your pill as Diazepam 2 mg; a benzodiazepine medication which is used to treat anxiety, muscle spasms, seizures, and other medical conditions.

It is a round blue pill with the imprint D 10 and what looks to be three overlapping V's on the back. I believe Diazepam is the street name for blue valium. If you google "Diazepam D 10" you will be able to find an image of this pill.
