Biocobal plus is a B Complex vitamin, it contains:

calcium pantothenate 50 mg, mecobalamin 500 mcg, nicotinamide 45 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 3 mg and thiamine mononitrate 10 mg.

It is used to treat or prevent the medical conditions that can result from not having enough of these vital nutrients.

Since it is a vitamin, side effects are not studied, as they are for prescription drugs, however, some people have reported nausea after taking it.
