I found this big white oval pill that's all blank on one side and the other side has I8 or 8I. What's it used for?

This tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Labs and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen, which is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
