I am very skeptical but at size 14 and have done everything to lose weight I will do this but with moderation and for only 2 months. I am 41 years old, 5’2, weight 162.

I started Saturday, 11/13. I am following a low fat, no sugar, high protein diet. I can’t do the diet Bethel provided. Easting a banana is crucial. I take one Bethel S30 in the morning along with one Senna1300 pill.

I can do the working out and eating right but then out of nowhere my appetite takes over so I get back to square one. I am on thyroid medication and a small dose of high blood pressure medication.

Side Effects: Slight headache, unable to sleep at night and slight anxiety, increase in heart beat.

Modification: Day 3 I did not take the Bethel S30 pill but took one Senna1300 pill. I have no desire to eat but had breakfast and a banana. Drinking 60 ounces of water.

Weight Loss: I lost 3 pounds over the weekend.
