Best Time Of Day To Take Multiple Medicines (Top voted first)

I take several different medicines each day. How should I space the time when taking them? Is all at once okay? Or should I take them at different times each day?

I am to take these medications once each day and I wanted to know if I can take them all at once or should I take them at different times of the day:

Amlodipine Besylate
Coenzyme Q-10
Calcium Carbonate + D
Potassium Chloride
Simvastatin
Triamterene/HCTZ

I am not finding any contraindications listed, but this site is not medical professionals, so you should ask your doctor or pharmacist to be certain.

There is, however, a note that you should avoid grapefruit or its juice within hours of taking the Simvastatin.

Personally, if it were me, just because that is a lot of pills to take at once, I'd space the out a little, just to make it easier.

I too take multiple medications and need to know when is the best times to take them so they do not work against each other or have a bad reactiion mixed together. Here is my list:
Metformin, 2x daily
Gabapentin, 3x daily
Topiramate, 2x daily
Potassium, 1 daily
Lisinopril, 1 daily
Crestor, 1 daily
Zantac, 1 daily
Cyclobenzapine, 3x daily
Ropinrole, 3x daily
Zolpidem, bedtime
Furosemide, 1 daily
Omeprazole, 1 daily
Levothyroxine, 1 daily
Lamotrigine, 3x daily
Escitalphram, 2 in AM
Norco, 4x daily

I am sorry, but without knowing what medications they are, to check for any contraindications, we cannot possibly guess.

Has your doctor or pharmacist given you any specific advice on this?

Some medications can be taken together, but there are some that do have to be spaced apart.

If you post back with a list of what they are, I'll be glad to see what I can find out for you!
