Hello, Janice! How are you?
Prozac, if your doctor feels that it is safe for you to take, is actually a wonder drug for everything you've listed. For about 3 weeks or so it tends to stir things up a bit, so you may feel worse, but then once your turn the corner and your body adjusts, there's usually a big improvement.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and weight loss.
Is there anything else I can help with?
