Beplex Forte is a formulation of B-vitamins with or without vitamin B-12 that is available as a pill or injection. This is used for people who have vitamin B deficiency. The B vitamins are water soluble, and as such the maximum dose for these vitamins is astoundingly high. Many people supplement their diet with these vitamins whether they were diagnosed with a defiency or not, as the B-vitamins are influential in interactions in the brain and blood production. People also supplement their diet with these vitamins as they have been shown in some cases to provide the feeling of energy and can provide a mild sense of well being.
