This tablet contains 0.5mgs of Benzatropine, which is used to treat the side effects of antipsychotic treatments, such as tremors, dystonia and parkinsonism.
So no, it is not an anti-anxiety medication.
I think you might have been confusing it with the class of medications called benzodiazepines, which can be used to treat anxiety.
