The marking is actually intended to be R 7. This tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they list it as containing 400mgs of Quetiapine, which is a generic for Seroquel.
The FDA classifies this medication as an atypical antipsychotic. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, somnolence and weight gain.
