Please advise me if I can use banocide forte for hydrocele swelling on one side?

Sir... Meri andkosh ke rigtside ke vein me dard rhta hai...sperm nikalne ke bad thik ho jata hai ...fir 2-3din bad dard krne lgta hai.....yeh silsila pichle kuchh dino se chal rha hai.....please sir ....medicine ka nam bataye
