Bad Effects Of Optalidon For Longterm Using And Its Advantages For Health

hope you all doing well, as you know iam one of your warm customer that usaualy iam using your medicine by the name of ( OPTALIDON ) because in routine working days iam too much buzy in my office and i feeling too much tired and some times i finding seriouse hedeach i using alot optalidon,
but now i have a question:
1: what are bad effects of optalidon medicine fir long term usages from this medicine please kindly answer me.

It is listed as containing Caffeine, Diclofenac and Propyphenazone, so the real risks associated with it are mostly due to the Diclofenac that's in it. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so long-term use of it creates the risk of stomach damage, ulceration, liver damage or liver failure.

The caffeine can also cause elevated blood pressure and heart rate.
