How long does it take for op 20 to take effect? It's time released but 3 hrs later I felt nothing. What's wrong?

Since it is time released, it is slowly released into your body over a 12 hour period to help achieve longer periods of better pain relief.

What were you expecting to feel? Is it helping your pain, at all?

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
