Based on the description provided, the cloest match I'm finding is a round blue pill, scored, with "APO" over "10" on one side and blank on the other. This tablet is said to contain 10mgs of Diazepam and is manufactured in Canada.
The same company also makes a round yellow pill, scored, with "APO" over "5" on one side. This particular pill is identified as a 5mg Diazepam tablet.
Diazepam is most commonly used to treat anxiety disorders, but has other uses as well from muscle spasms, seizures, and more.
