Is the marking APO 500?
If so, then this contains 500mgs of Nabumetone, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

Please let me know if this is the correct marking!
