Hello. I'm currently taking Apidexin. Today is my first day taking it, and I'd like to share my experience with it. The instructions tell me to take 1 pill 30 min before breakfast and 30 min before lunch. Drinking 12oz of water is encouraged before both. After taking my first pill, it took about 30 min for it to kick in. I was driving to school (which is where I'm currently writting this) when it hit me. I fetl a numbing and warm feeling along my body. It was kinda strange, but almost soothing...It does give you a decent amount of energy. I'm finding myself shaking slightly (this doesn't conern me seeing as how I drink a lot of Monster Engergy drinks, and I'm quite used to it). These are both over the counter items, not prescription, thus they are not strictly regulated like prescription drugs. They are considered supplements and therefore are NOT proven to work.
