Earlier today my bp was 139/113, a few hours later I checked again and it was 155/86. I have numerous health issues. I'm hoping blood pressure isn't being added to the list?

When did you check it? Was it after eating? And if so, what did you eat? Was it after activity? If so, what kind of activity? What time of day did you check it?
There are so many things that could cause such blood pressure fluctuations, according to NIH reports, so it is very hard to say from this limited information.
