Anticoagulants

I was on Plavix after having 4 stents; 18 months later had 4 more stents; then I had a heart attack. They took me off plavix due to the fact that my blood platelet function was only at 62%. Now, I am taking Effient; which I am told if the Effient does not work there is no other drug that I can take...What about coumadin; I am wondering if that is a possibility?

Ive had five heart attack one stroke, I was on plavix for 9 months i got 8 stents and after 10 months later had quadruple bypass surgery its hard finding the right blood thinner special when you have multiple condition ive been on effient going on 2 years and now am being to get clogs on my legs my advice check with a specialize for kidney and liver and make sure your liver and kidney function are not out of whack
