Amrix For Extended Period Of Time- Is It Safe
Updatedmy doctor prescribed 15 milligrams of Amrix with 5 refills. It has helped me tremendously! My lower back pain is work related ( I'm a Dental Hygienist),and retirement is not in the picture for a long time! Would it be safe to continue taking it?

Hello, Shelly! How are you?
As listed by the FDA, Amrix contains the active ingredient Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant. You can take it as long as your doctor approves and deems that it is safe for you.
Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
Is there anything else I can help with?
