I am taking 875 mg of amoxicillin-clav 2x a day. Very dizzy and upset stomach the first day , then diarrhea. The worst of it is the ringing in the ears and anxiety close to panic feeling. I want to break in half to start weaning off so the anxiety won't be so bad maybe? Been taking for 4 days. Please help.

Those can be normal side effects in some people that take this antibiotic, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience non-allergic skin rash and headache.
However, there is no need to taper off, but you need to make sure to see your doctor so they can prescribe a different antibiotic to eradicate the infection being treated. A full course of antibiotics needs to be finished to fully eradicate the infectious bacteria.
