Amlodipine Besylate And Amlodipine/benazepril

Can amlodipine besylate and amlodipine/benazepril be taken at the same time? This is for my high blood pressure.

Has your doctor instructed you take them both?

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Multiple medications are often prescribed, if someone's blood pressure is too high, and the doctor feels that it should be brought down as fast, as possible.
