Alvogen 15mg Oxycodone Hcl

Does anyone have any experience with this particular medication. I see that their are lots of complaints on there generic percoset, but I'm talking of just plain oxycodone 15 mg made by alvogen, any information would be great & most appreciated. Again not their percoset version, I'm speaking of plain oxycodone w/ no Tylenol. I cannot take tylenol as it causes my liver to have problems. Thank You!

I've not run across any complaints posted on here, so far, from those that have been taking it. Alvogen is generally a reputable company that manufactures effective medications.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Can anyone else chime in on this?

The one response given was from the company, you can tell the way they talk-this is the worst on the market, I have taken many generic pain meds & it seems to me someone is stealing the narcotic that is not making it into these particular pills-i have been trying to have them investigated b/c the difference is at illegal levels-we had them tested by a private lab. You never know who to trust!! Stay tuned more to come of this!

I've been on pain meds since I was 21. I just turned 38. So, I've tried everything there is. I've tried Morphine IR 15mg, MORPHINE ER 30mg, FENTANYL PATCH 75 & 100 mcg, EXALGO(dilaudid ER), OPANA IR
& OPANA ERq, DILAUDID, LORTAB up to 10mg, LORCET up to 10mg, METHADONE, DEMEROL, PERCOCET 10mg, OXYCONTIN 20-80m g, OXY IR10-30 mg , ROXICODONE10-30mg AND STADOL NASAL SPRAY. OF ALL OF THEM THE ONES THAT WORK BEST TAKEN ORALLY (FOR MYSELF) IS THE ROXICODONE AND OXYCONTIN, IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE ONE , DILAUDID HAS BEEN THE BEST FOR ME( BUT TAKEN ORALLY IT DOES NOT TOUCH MY PAIN.) METHADONE IS A GREAT ONE ALSO AND IT DOESN'T AFFECT YOU AS MUCH( AS FAR AS MAKING YOU DISORIENTED AS SOME OF THE OTHER MEDS. UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT TAKE IT NOW BECAUSE I HAVE CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AND METHADONE CAN CAUSE YOUR HEART TO STOP BEATING MOMENTARILY. SO, PATIENTS WITH CHF ARE NOT TO TAKE IT BECAUSE WITH CHF ONCE YOUR HEART STOPS IT WON'T START BACK. NEVER START OUT TAKING THE STRONGER MEDS BC YOU WILL GET VERY SICK BC YOUR BODY CAN'T HANDLE IT AND YOU NEED TO WORK YOURSELF UP SLOWLY. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT BC YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK UP THE LIST TOO QUICKLY OR YOU COULD BUILD UP A TOLERANCE TO THE MEDS AND ONCE YOU'VE DONE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EASE YOUR PAIN. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT AND ALL PAIN MEDS WORK DIFFERENTLY FOR EACH PERSON. ONE THING THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER IS THAT ALL OF THE DRUGS I'VE LISTED ABOVE ARE EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE AND AND YOU CAN EASILY OVERDOSE. The best way to get the fullest effect is to speak with you're physician & asked to be prescribed a long -term along with a breakthrough med. I hope this helps. Worked fine for me. I get k v k tech now. Which also works fine. You want to watch out for Rhodes. (RP) no good.

Oxycodone IR works for me.
I got hydrocodone before that as part of pain management system. They barely worked.
