Is there an alternative for IP 465/ibuprofen, over the counter type?

The highest dose Ibuprofen available over the counter in the U.S. are 200mg tablets and the tablet you mentioned contains 600mgs. However you can take more than one of them, if buying the over the counter ones are cheaper for you and your doctor approves it.
