Alprazolam 1mg- Green S902 Vs. Blue 605. Which Is Better? (Page 3) (Top voted first)

Been taking oval green 2x's a day for couple months. Now the pharm sent me blue oval 605, is there a diference in effectiveness? Also, are they ir, er, ect? And how could I tell? I looked everywhere.

Seroquel is not a sleep medication! Don't suggest that to people who don't need it. It's an antipsychotic.

I personally prefer the light green S 90 1 1mg alprazolam (xanax) tablets to the light blue ones made by SUN w "605" imprint. Dont get me wrong,i like those too and will not complain or really even care but my PERSONAL choice are the green ones.
When you say "get" do they come through mail order pharmacy? My rx is for 2mg xanax and i get light green dava bars "S 90 3" ..maybe twice a year or so ill get the Greenstone white bars imprinted w G 3722 on them. Again, those are just as good IMO. The only ones i WILL NOT CONSUME ARE MYLAN! I will eiether send them back and wait or go to another pharmacy. ALL MYLAN BENZODIAZIPINES are of inferior quality. Trust.

Yes! In fact, if you were on long term opiate pain relief, most qualified chronic pain physicians will recommend a benzodiazepine like Xanax or Klonopin (longer half life) to help you survive the hellish nightmare of a cold turkey withdrawal (never advisable, you have to taper off or you'll end up considering something off the street). You MUST BE ABLE TO RELIEVE ANXIETY & SLEEP while trying to get off pain medication.
BTW, THE ENTIRE OPIATE CRISIS WAS A LIE & INTENTIONALLY MANUFACTURED to kill as many Americans as possible. Someone should do the research via surveys of families who lost grandparents from suicide when Kaiser, Sharp, etc took away ALL CHRONIC PAIN RELIEF. You had to literally be dying from cancer to receive compassionate pain relief!!! It's a legit conspiracy. I wonder how many members of Congress & the Senate own stock in Narcan? They want it in every pre-school and elementary school in the USA!!! That's upsurd. ALSO, Acetaminophen is much more damaging to the liver than oxycodone or hydrocodone. Oxycontin was an intelligent, time released pain reliever with no Tylenol. When taken orally and responsibly, it improved the quality of life for those who were genuinely suffering.

FLORIDA & THE APPALACHIAN OXY HIGHWAY, TO A STATE OF CORRUPT PILL-MILLS RUINED SO MANY LIVES. All opiates are addictive! Period. There's a difference between dependency & addiction/abuse. The CDC & FDA know this. No one intentionally wants to ruin their life and be dependent on anything. Physicians broke their hypocratic oath by taking away all pain meds. "Drug Seeking Behavior" is an absurd term for a Dr. to use to a patient looking for pain relief. Some have the addict gene and some don't.

Many chronic pain patients NEVER ABUSE THEIR MEDS OR RUN OUT EARLY. The government in conjunction with Hollywood created mass hysteria. We don't want to live in a nanny state over monitoring an individuals private life. Now all of our "HEALTH FOR WEALTH" flawed system is so scared of getting sued, they just gave up on treating seniors and younger patients who'd been in auto accidents or any number of pain issues more excruciating than cancer. Our system is as corrupt as it gets. The regulatory bodies intended to have our backs are basically working FOR BIG PHARMA. It's a revolving door. Approve whatever new "medicine" the big monsters wish to distribute & you're guaranteed a million $ salary within three years. This is the "Citizens United" reality. CASH = FREE SPEECH (of lies).

The Covid B.S. was manufactured prior to it's release from one our Chinese labs. Wasn't FDA approved!!! Just for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.
They can't be held liable for all of deaths & negative side effects they caused. They weren't required to take it. If you were employed by Washington or Moderna, J&J or Pfizer, you didn't have to take it. This is humanities last decade. End of cash, Monopolizing our banks down to 4.

Anyone that says no is just flat wrong here.....withdrawals from pain meds causes many symptoms from actual pain muscle spasms being uncomfortable sleeplessness high anxiety....yes from experience xanax does help w dealing w detox from pain meds and anyone who's ever went to a detox facility knows that one of the meds they treat you w to make it easier to get off of pain pills, and reduce your chances of relapse is none other than alprazolam

Remember, u go to a MMTP & your talkin about tapering off? Be realistic, I have throat cancer & take methadone & Xanax & although Xanax does ease the pain of w/d, it is NOT a smart move! Esp for someone who has an addictive personality...ie this dudes hooked on opiate/opioids. Real talk.

You read my statement completely wrong. I said H detox is not as bad as "METHADONE" detox. H detox lasts up to what a little over a week? If you walk off a methadone clinic, you'll be sick for like 9 months and the sick is way worse. Of course I'd prefer to kick Xanax than any opiate any day!

Do not EVER GO ON METHADONE!!! Was on 75mg for 3 years tapered down to 10 mg and walked away. Was DOPESICK for 37 days and it was like withdrawing from H and Oxcys but 1000% WORSE!!! Methadone detox is a LIVING HELL!!!! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!

You are so right! It is hell for weeks & the depression that comes after is the worst too! I would never recommend it to anyone. Maybe suboxin, I hear that the detox is way less severe but I'm not sure.

Yes Xanax should help in getting off pain pills if only mentally trust me when I say that it helped me get off pain pills especially Norco 10th I am 55 and dying from liver failure I was on pills for 7 years now I am on liver mess that make me feel sick all the time I will not see my granddaughter grow up I did not drink I was a pill addict I want to help save others with my experience liver failure effects every part of your body even your brain subtext and subconscious is the worst fly if you need more answers or help

Yes they will help. I used Xanax to help my withdrawal from methadone, which is horrible by the way. They helped just make sure you wean off of the Xanax, cold turkey can kill you!! I've had 12 years experience and any kind of benzo will help with opiate withdrawal, you just have to be careful!

You ha've either gotten so used to the benzo (xanax) that your body just needa more which is way worse detox than opeits or you got a bad bach made made from So looser! Best way to find out if you benzo is real,tastle it.. all xan tastles the same.

No. Xanax have an.immediate affect but shorter half life (they last less time). Klonopin takes longer to kick in but lasts longer, much like valium. Xanax are better for panic attacks for sure but are so easy to abuse.

If trying to shake pain pills on your own without doc. Then xanex may be a start... However they are great so u may just be replacing your problem... Look into treatment methods so you know all your options I have same mindset as you so I can understand why you ask but I have grew up around addiction and dif things work for dif people. Only you know what's best for you.. If not don't be afraid of treatment... It works... Support works
