Alprazolam 0 25 Mg Side Effects After Irregular Heartbeat Episode

If I take .25 mg of xanax infrequently (ie:less than 1 or 2 per week) what is the incindence of arythmia and other side effects? I have had two instances of irregular heartbeat in the last month and was prescribed this drug for possible anxiety issues concerning these episodes. Low potassium and sudafed triggered first episode and no explanation for the second one.

There's really no way to give you precise information on the incidence of them, but they are very rare, generally experienced by 1% or less of the people take it.

And taking it less frequently should, in theory, even further lower the chance of them occurring.

The most common side effects experienced by 1% of the people that take it, or more can include: nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
