These are supplements that are available from many different retailers. Have you tried just as basic online search?

Artichoke is mostly used to relieve gastro-intestinal issues.

Applie vinegar is claimed to help with allergies, high cholesterol and acne.

L-Carnitine is said to help prevent or treat heart disease.

L-Lysine commonly used to treat mouth ulcers and those caused by herpes or shingles.

However, none of them are actually proven to help with anything, since they are just over the counter supplements.
