I take the alcachofa ampulle in the morning with some orange juice. I just mix enough so that I can drink it like a shot. I would describe the taste like drinking mouthwash.

Hello everyone I started taking the alcachofa ampulles on Friday it is Weds today and so far I have lost 4 lbs. My cousin recommended them I guess the surgeon that performed her lipo had her take them before so that she could lose some weight. They do work and it controls your appettite. I am very thirsty all the time though.

well i just found the new ampules they are demograss and alcachofa ampules and they are supposed to work really good. has anybody heard of these.does anyone know anything about demograss pills

I heard the same thing about the liquid ones too. My mom's friend is taking both at the same time and she says she hasn't developed any negative side effects.
I'm developing some side effects to sibutramine though and I started doing a little more research on adelseril sibutramine. Turns out, it's classified under amphetamines and is illegal to buy/sell/trade in the u.s.a and uk. The only place you can get these pills is in Mexico or Canada and my dad bought these for me at a pharmacy in Mexico.

I started monday and it's now Saturday, so far I have lost 4 pounds. Noticed I;m not hungry as much and had more energy in the morning. I walked 45 mins, 3-4 days week. I'm caffeine sensitive and gets really bad heart burn with greasy food and acidic drinks. This product has seem to help my heart burn, and I don't get the heart palpitation that I used to get with caffeine and other diet pills. Give this a try, a highly recommend it!

Yea, as far as precautions go, DO NOT TAKE ALCOHOL. I drank about 2 weeks ago, and in the middle of the night, my heart was pounding so fast, i thought i was going to have a heart attack. I definitely wouldn't reccomend consuming any sort of alcoholic beverage at all. not even one drink.

DO drink more water. IT'S A MUST. You need to pee more because this medication also detoxifies your body form grease/ lard. You can actually see the grease bubbles in your pee!

So far, i've lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks. It's decreased my appetite so i eat a healthy portion every meal and whenever i feel like i need to eat, i'll grab a fruit/ some vegetables to munch on.

Hey Carson, are there any special precautions or measures to keep in mind while taking this? Do you need to drink more water, do you eat less, etc? Any advice would be appreciated and I'm glad to hear about your success so far...

I bought adelseril 15mg tablets and te first week I took them, I wasn't losing anything at all, but I also wasn't getting any exercise. So I started hitting the gym and I was able to sprint an entire mile. I've never been able to do that. That week that I went to the gym, I lost 6 pounds total! the medication seems to really work when you're active. If yr not active, then it won't help much. I love it!

I bought this product last week. Since I didn't buy it in a pharmacy I dont know exactly how to take it. If I should take it 30mnts.- 1hr. before I eat, or right after I wake up. Can you please assist me with this question?

Alcachofa is an extraxt derived from Artichokes, therefore, it is unknown if it carries and side effects and not proven to actually help with anything.

It may also react with other medications, since it is an over the counter supplement and its safety has not been studied.

Sibutramine, sold in the US under the brand name Meridia, is an appetite suppressant.
