Do the alcachofa glass vials taste bad when u take them with just water. N are the all in glass vials?

I get the ampoules that you have to carefully break, but now their website has a safer version. I take it with about 1/4 cup water so that I can gulp it down, then I drink a glass of plain water afterwards. I notice more thirst when I am taking it, so make sure you drink lots of water!

Do you think it is better to lose weight with the pills while taking the vials or the vials alone are good enough??

I started taking the alcachofa pills on Jan 22 and it is now Feb 5 and i have lost 16 lbs already!! They really work!!!

I have been taking the alcachofa ampoules for 5 days. I have lost 3 pounds.

I bought mine through ebay. Not the glass vials, but the new plastic ones.

Each morning, I eat something small- like a banana or toast. I'm not much of a breakfast person, so this is just right for me. You are suppose to eat something light before you take it. In about about 3 ounces of orange juice, I empty my alcachofa vial. I stir it and gulp it down with a straw.

I do eat lunch and dinner- whatever I crave! I do not feel 'different' or any side effects. I do drink a bit more water than usual.

I'm not a very active person with exercise either. I clean my house, play with my kids, and walk up to the school to pick up my daughter. That's basically it.

I'm excited to have more pounds 'fall' off. My goal is 12 more pounds and I think it's going to happen sooner than I think! I recommend alcachofa to anyone who's looking to drop some weight quick.

If you haven't gotten the info already, yes you are suppose to eat a light breakfast before taking it.

I don't think you should do both at the same time. Choose one method....fyi, I heard the vials work best.

Can u take it if ur on high blood pressure meds?

I don't see why it would be bad. There is nothing listed in the ingredients to cause high blood pressure. However, it does have a diuretic affect. If you are taking blood pressure meds that have a diuretic affect you should be very careful. Take the ingredient list to your doctor and let them check it out.

You can actually buy them online n in packs to the first month pack is going to cost u like $100 and it comes with the vile, soap, patches, cream & tea.. i started taking them at the end of january and i have lost a pants size in less then a month but as well i changed my eating habits and i work out (zumba). and u see results fast. also it does make you thirsty and that is ok. its to keep you body hydrated. you can buy them and it gives you directions how to use it.. i have recently purchased the second month kit which is the pills, cream, soap, tea & patches. and its $70.

What's the difference between the pills and vials? I order mines the other day and my order showed up as ALCACHOFA CAPSULAS GN+VIDA,,what's GN+vida? Is it something extra that im getting and if so how do I use it??

I've been taking the ampules for 7 days, and I've lost 6lbs , but now I'm concerned cause I heard they have a hidden drug sibutramina. Do they have it or not? Is there different kinds and I'd like to know how to check to make sure I'm not taking the ones with the drug. Does anyone have a picture of the box or ampules that do have the sibutramina? I want to make sure there not the ones Im taking.
