Hi Bonnie,

From what I've read, AF Plus is just a nutritional supplement that contains an extract from Acai, so it's not actually proven to do anything with regards to weight loss. It is equally important to know that there are always going to be mixed reviews when it comes to any product. So I think you really just have to take a leap and try it for yourself if you're looking to develop a more valid opinion about its effects.
