Adco alzam hi i use this tables for almost 3moths after my mother pass away but lately get a lot of haedace and my heart beating rate is not sometimes normal is it nomal to feel that way

Alzam contains the active ingredient Alprazolam, which is a Benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

It can cause headaches, as a side effect, however, it should not cause the palpitations, since it works as a sedative, it usually has the opposite effect.
