High blood pressure is considered a heart problem, because it causes your heart to have to work harder than normal, which is why it can sometimes cause heart attacks or heart failure, if not brought under control.
I can't find any information on Actiprex, so I'm not sure what it contains, thus I'd suggest checking with your doctor, before taking it.
Are there any other questions or concerns?

I take one at knight but seem to get serious stomach pain and reflux at about 2 in the morning.
