What country did you get this medicine from? Does not appear to be a U.S. brand name.

Bupropion HCL SR manufactured by WATSO is the generic for Wellbutrin SR. Bupropion HCL ER by EONLB is another substitute. A new drug was approved a few weeks ago but I believe it is in direct competition with Wellbutrin.
Regards.

I recently got Bupropion SR 2/150 mg in the morning at Walmart, Actavissou maker. I was on 300 mg in the morning, maker Watson. The Watson worked great, now on this Actavissou brand I'm a basket case. I'm worse than before I was put on Bupropion. Anybody else experienced this? I burn this stuff up in less than 8 hours and then crash big time.

I also received the different generic for bupropion from Actavis, not Activiasou. Never having heard of them, I finally figured it out. They are one of the top producers of generics with 1/3 of their business in the US. I just started taking it after the Watson generic, so don't know how it will work out.

Tvesso, the Actavis and the Actavissou is the same thing. I went almost another week on it from when I'd written before. It was real bad. On the evening of Oct 2nd I had an anxiety/panic group meeting. At 6:00 PM when it started I was having problems, felt mentally out of it. During the group everybody observed I went down hill fast. By 7:00 PM I was sort of holding myself and swiveling in the chair. The therapist asked how I was doing, she could see, not well. They all talked me through it and the next morning the psychiatrist called my pharmacy and told them to give me 300mg Watsons NOW. I got them and within an hour I was feeling much better. It took a couple days to get back to normal. That really scared me, I'd never been like that, that bad. They almost wanted to keep me overnight, but I convinced them I'd be okay.

This is just my opinion...I feel what was happening is I was going through Welbutrin withdrawal. I felt the other brand in itself didn't mess me up, it just wasn't doing anything for me at all. So, basically it was like I was taking 300mg Watson brand and then stopped cold turkey. You don't do that with Welbutrin, you have to ween off of it.

I'm fine now, except now my insurance company wants me to mail order my meds now. They don't have Watson brand Welbutrin, so I'm having to have a psychiatrist fax the insurance company to allow me to continue getting the Watson Welbutrin at my pharmacy.

At first the insurance said, You'll have to try our brand we dispense a few days before we will allow you to get it at a retail pharmacy. The stuff hit the fan then. NO WAY IN.........

Actavissou...Buproprion 150 sr from Walmart...I have been so sick for the past week since I started taking it. I didn't know why, but the nausea and migraines were similar to when I had forgotten to take my Buprioprion for a couple of days. I'm so glad I found this site. After reading others comments, it seems there is something wrong with this drug, and it figures it comes from Walmart. My Walmart makes a lot of RX mistakes. Anyway, I had some of my previous prescription (SAND) which I immediately took and started to feel better in a few hours. What's up here? Are there drug interactions they don't know about?

I have been using the generic for wellbutrin for years. Today I got the prescription filled at Walmart and this word was attached to the name. The pills I've always gotton was dark purple. These are yellow. I'd like to know more about these before I take them.
