Aceclofenac and Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications.

Due to the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding, these combined formulations are not available in the US.

They are both used to treat pain and swelling.

IS THERE SIDEEFFECTS OF TAKING ACECLOFENAC-PARACETAMOL 200MG.(SR) TABS FOR A FORTNIGHT FOR RELIEF OF BACK PAIN IN back MUSCLES. I AM ALSO TAKING AMLOPODINE 5MG FOR BP. IS THERE ANY INTERACTION WITH 2 DRUGS TAKEN BY ME.

Acetaminophen is not a non-steroidal anti inflammatory. It is a non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic. And I cannot find it reffered to ar paracetamol in and pharmacology book. Nor can I find aceclofenac.
