UpdatedI accidentally took 5mg amlodipine with 20mg lisinopril. Normally I take amlodipine in the morning and lisinopril at night.

Unless your doctor or pharmacist sees a reason to be concerned, there should not be an issue. Many of us take multiple medications to help control high blood pressure and heart conditions, multiple times a day. They do not necessarily have to be split up.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
How are you feeling? Did you experience any adverse effects?
