The one that has 4432 and 1000 is Metformin
Metformin is used for: Treating type 2 diabetes. It is used along with diet and exercise. It may be used alone or with other antidiabetic medicines.

L612 contains 10mgs of Loratidine, this is a generic for Claritin, used to treat allergies.
