Zoryl M2 contains the active ingredients Metformin and Glimepiride, these are oral antidiabetic medications used to help lower and control blood sugar levels.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, low blood sugar and flatulence.

I am diabetic for the last 10 years and on medication but unfortunately my blood sugar level is never normal. Last three months I am on Zoryl M2 Forte on tablet before lunch and one tablet of Obimet 500 SR after dinner. What else should I take or what food should be taken or not taken to bering the blood sugar under control?

Subrato, what has your doctor advised?

Anything that contains a lot of sugars is going to cause your blood sugar to elevate, so you definitely have to watch those types of foods and beverages.

However, another thing you need to watch is the fat content, so a low-fat diet is best.

I am diabetic from last 13yrs, from last 3yrs l am using zoryl M2 forte. If l take this tablet no problem. If l take another tab with same combination of madicine,l will feel very hungry & i have to eat very frequently. Why this happens, pl help me.

My mother is taking zoryl m2 forte for DM and complaining that she is feeling sleepy all the time after taking the drug.Whats the reason?do i need need to change the drug or dose?

What is the maximum dose of zoryl m2 that one can take? Is it ok to take one tablet before breakfast, lunch and dinner? I am also taking one jalra-50 in the morning and evening. Can I take both medications together?
