Zolpidem Fakes?

I have taken Zolpidem for about 10 years (10mg most nights). I live in Thailand, and I can get them from a pharmacy...although the quality seems to change. The latest ones are called Zopalet and have MP on one side of the white oval tablet (normal white 10mg shape like Sanofi style but these seem to be roughly-made and chalky, not smooth and shiny or well-made by the press machine). Does anyone know what these are? What they contain? They seem a bit different in action. Weaker and not pure either. I have a fat liver already so I want to avoid problems. What is the most common chemical in fake Ambien or Zolp?

Bought these also, Pretty sure it's fake. Had no effect on me.

I literally bought some of these tonight, in Bangkok. I've been getting Zolpidem forever here- for about 8 years - but it was either Stilnox or Ambien and these ones - Zopalet - do nothing, which is why I googled. My guy says it's technically banned here now. Sad, sad days.

Yes, I have the Zopalet as well, and they are fakes in Bangkok.

By the way, Ambien and Stilnox are the same, just a different name.

There is also a fake Sanofi type in Bangkok which comes in double-size 20 packs. Sanofi is one of the main Stilnox makers, in France. This one seems better.

The regular dodgy pharmacy I use now has a type of Stilnox called Zolf.

Im in Bangkok.

Zolf is from MBL in Pakistan, on the strip. But I cant find Zolf on MBL products list.

Any idea about Zolf?

My previous fake sanofi one was actually ok and worked.

well, after a few weeks of testing them (Zopalet), the most authentic Ambien feeling comes if you take it with alcohol, and at a slightly larger dose. I take half - 5mg - on an empty stomach - a few g&ts - and the "walrus" feeling seems in tact. No weird feeling the next day. At least 6 hours' sleep.

Interesting. But I think that many drugs even Valium are potentiated by alcohol.

Do you use the pharmacy which is near 22 soi?

I always go to the small window pharmacy patpong, surawongse side just up from the Watson on the corner. Very tiny kiosk.

Zolpidem is used to treat insomnia. The immediate-release tablet is used to help you fall asleep when you first go to bed. The extended-release form, Ambien CR, which has a first layer that dissolves quickly to help you fall asleep, and a second layer that dissolves slowly to help you stay asleep.

Thanks for that. I tried all the ones in Patpong 6 months ago but they blanked me. is that one less fussy? Maybe I missed it. Is it 600 a strip?

They're not fussy at all, in my experience. They just run out of stock a lot. If they don't have what you want they can usually offer good alternatives. They're nice people, actually.

I know 2 other places which always have, and which also have other sleepers or Xanax. Could swap the info.

I bought Zolf again last night. Same as stilnox and all the other zolpidems. Shouldn't be a problem, they are just 'cheap' generics.
