Zolpidem 7.5 Pills

Hi, i have been taking the about drug for 8weeks but didnt have any the last couple of days untill today when i did get some. I normaly only take a night and never in the day time but when i got them to day i took 3 to get this feelings of me coz of having nother for 2 days but instead of the pills getting me to sleep they just made me feel better then i did today and yesterday. Anyone no why?

Okay, the first question is why did you take so many and during the day?

You can't 'catch up' on medications, so to speak and if you're only taking it for the 'feeling' it gives you, then you shouldn't be taking it, but rather you should consult a doctor, because that is the sign of a developing abuse problem.

And, Zolpidem is a sedative hypnotic, so while it will help you fall asleep most of the time, it doesn't always work that way, especially if you didn't lay down and relax, with the intent to sleep, when you took it.

Just as an example, due to the way it works, when I take them at night, I usually have about a half hour window, where if I lay down to sleep I can doze off and crash out. However, if I push it and stay up doing stuff, then I will feel more mellow and relaxed, but I won't fall asleep if I don't lay down during that time period.

Thank you for ur reply and you are so right. I ment to say i took 2 not 3 in the day , when i didnt have any for 24 hrs my head seemed all over the place, hard really to exsplain so when i got some more then i took 2 in the day to get rid of the feeling i was having. As to my gp he isnt very good to me, he dosnt talk to me in the room and its so silent. I tryed telling him about my sleep pattern and he refused to help me, i gave him my only options left was to buy sleepers on the black market and he looked over at me and shrugged his shoulders as to say i dont care! I take half a tablet Zolpidem 10mg at night, but the other day I had a migraine and needed to sleep, so at 2pm I took half a tablet, and slept soundly for about an hour and afterwards I was rlaxed and my tension headache had gone. So now I run our of my prescription before hte month is up. A bit of a hassle, because I believe whether you take Valerian or anything else, it is only another substitute that you then have to overcome, Even muscle relaxents have their negative side effects, like retaining water or making you constipated, whereas the half zolpidem had none. I am very active: walk five km at 6am, doe aerobics at 8am, and water aerobics at 9 am. One would think you would sleep like a log after that, but no.
