I would suggest not taking anymore of this, those side effects are awful. This type of thing is the hazard of ordering from an online, foreign pharmacy, and why the DEA is trying to shut down such sites. They are not regulated like US drug suppliers and manufacturers are, and their drugs are not controlled and regulated in the same way either. Most of these places, as I am sure you just learned, take your money and just send something, it is a very common occurence to hear people have gotten the wrong med.

This med is so obscure, it isn't even available in the US, and even searched several databases and professional resources, I can't find a lick of information on it anywhere, not even its base active ingredient. I tried looking up the company you said made it, and they don't even have a website with information on their products, and if you look for their contact information, they call themselves a pharmacuetical company, but none of the databases classify them as providing medicines or any such thing, they are actually listed under

Home Appliances , Machines And Tools , Textile And Garments

So who knows what this med is, where it came from, what it is supposed to do, or etc. The pharmacy you mentioned doesn't even list it on their site as being a drug they provide, so I would think this is definitely a bait&switch type of operation. They get you to pay for the med you need, then send you some other junk, that probably costs them pennies a pill, so they turn a tidy profit on every order.

Here's the listed contact info for the company that supposedly makes this pill, and this is the only information I could find related to this at all, they aren't much into providing up front information about their products for consumers.

Karnani Pharmaceuticals

I realize you are out your money and without a med you need, that your doctor prescribed, but I am betting you will not be seeing your money again, or the med you were supposed to get, either. Unfortunately, since it is also not legal to order your meds in like that, from a place not approved to provide meds in the US, you don't have much recourse either, except to take it as an expensive lesson learned.
