Is this legitimate? I'm using it to help withdrawal symptoms from alcohol. I have 10 mg tablets made by Cipla and I am taking half every 4 hours and plan to wean off as quickly as possible. I tried already and clearly cut back too much too fast. How much is safe? I don't want another addiction, but I know I need something, as I've already had a grand-mall seizure a few years ago from alcohol withdrawal. Any advice is welcome.

The zepose 10mil are crap and make u I'll I take up to 20 blue s per day and must say please. Don't take the zepose 10 the crap@

I am testing Cipla labs Zepose 10 in a blister pack. No marking other than the X on the tablet. Blister pack has mfg and exp date.
I am finding them effective for alcohol detox, and althpugh they taste slightly different, they do relieve anxiety and help you sleep through the worst symptoms.
Tapering is key, especially in the middle of the day.
My thoughts and prayers are with anyone doing an alcohol detox. It is horrible. I suffer grand mal siezures going cold turkey. Ive not yet had a siezure using these tabs, but the heart racing and blood pressure is much improved, but it is early days.
It is such a shame that in the UK we cannot get the professional detox support we need, and have to resort to overseas meds to save our own lives.

Cipla's Zepose are completely fake. Don't waste your money on them. A 10 mg american diazepam knocked me out the whole night , while taking 2 10 mg zepose hardly did anything.Either the dosage is fake or the whole thing is fake.

I have been taking Zepose 10mg Diazapam in the blister pack with the cross marking on one side and blank on the other and i find them to be the real deal, in fact i don't need to take as many as have had to when i have bought Actavis 10mg Diazapam in blister packs and in the Actavis packaging with the leaflet inside and had taken between 6 and 10 with no effect. These are the real deal compared to the well disguised brands that you would get from most British pharmacies. I would point out that it is not a good idea to take as many as 6 or 10 of these well known products to test their purity.

I have just received what i believed to be Valium. But were zepose 10 made by cipla. I took 10mg and it had no affect at all. i think i have been sold fakes. Where do i go from here? I have spent $130 for nothing

You should NOT use diazepam for withdrawal.... get Librium or Klonopin,,,,,,, the diazepam will only cause you more trouble.....XANAX or any of those drugs........ no good for you....... Alcohol withdrawal is very very dangerous....... please see a psychiatrist knowledgeable about withdrawal....... but if you must do it on your own you need Librium, Klonopin and maybe klonodine which is not controlled....... be safe ... it is a very dangerous withdrawal which could cause death..... your blood pressure can go very very high and its better to embarrass yourself with a trusted physician than die......

There's the non-usual bitter taste of all benzos, this is suspect to me. I've tried dissolving them under my tongue. I have a best friend who is a chemist at The University of Chicago. I'll post his findings soon. Seems to take me 5 or 6 10 mg Zespos to get the affect of one USA generic Rx tab.

You're right I tried one and kicked in inside 30 minutes. I'll look around for prices because paid way mothan £62 for mine. Before I didn't research though I just searched on diazepam 10mg

I think you're dead right about 10-14 days for alcohol detox (just did a home detox recently but guided by a Psych that I am under). This for me I am currently also taking benzos+propranolol) for GAD and panic attacks so have either continue taking Valium and/or Librium anyway for that so I'm continually addicted to benzos. Totally functioning guy in every other way though. But was told anxiety led to the bing drinking alcoholism initially. Hey-ho.
So far always gone through a UK doctor/Psych for these but recently ordered zepose-10 which just arrived so researching before trying as awaiting a re-up on Librium from Psych. Er...think I might wait and use these as backup. But will probably try 1 soon to see if any effect.

I got 40 today in the post and the are great mate took one at 7.45 by 8.00 I was monged it is same as a 10 mg Valium it's defo legit

Try rx mart I've ordered a few time's and it takes 5 days to arrive by parade force and you can track it from leaving the factory to putting on the UK van to be delivered to you. They are a Canadian company and had no problems it cost me 150 English pounds that's expensive but they are a well know company and not a dodgy one that said the same diaz half the price. Tried a few company and this is the one I'd tell you to try have a good happy x

Any dr will tell you that diazepam is no good for pain relief, this is true they are not pain medication, however they do combat anxiety which is a part of pain itself. So while they will not stop the pain themselves they will help destress. The only other option is to take some forms of pain killers along side the diazepam. Be careful with what you get if you're searching for your diazepam online or on the street, people say things about activas, teva, zepose, Roche etc, these are all good brands but like anything there are some fakes out there, some good some bad some even hard to tell the difference
