why is this medicine prescribed. for what reason. is it safe for a diabetic patient with high pressure

Zanocin contains the active ingredient Ofloxacin, it is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of infections.

There are no warnings against using it with those conditions and, in reality, letting an infection of some sort continue out of control would actually aggravate those conditions and make them worse.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, diarrhea and ruptured tendons.

Why zanocin-200 mg tablets are prescribed by doctors. Is is suitable for urinary infection or checking prostrate enlargement?

Dear doctors, I was medicated with ciprofloxacin 500mg with ibuprofen 500 for about 10 days twice a day for epididymitis orchitis. This made me feel weakness and my blood pressure became low. My abdominal and pelvic and scortum ultrasound shows normal except post void residual urine is 41 ml. My RFT, urine culture, urine routine diagnostic is normal. I have frequent urination with mild-heavy pressure at the groin area and a burning sensation in my urethra after urination. A Urologist advised me for the circumcision and prescribed me zanocin 200 mg. I am afraid this medicine will make me weak and cause low blood pressure as before. Please advise me.
